Project Manager and Customer Implementation Specialist

Role Overview

The Project Management and Customer Implementation Specialist at 1GLOBAL will oversee the successful implementation and rollout of projects to customers, ensuring predictable revenue forecasting across product lines and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, Statements of Work, change control, risk and action logs, facilitate resource allocation, and implement risk management strategies.
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Customer Rollout:
    • Coordinate with customers pre-sale to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth rollout of products and services once sold.
    • Develop and execute customer rollout plans, including training, support, and documentation.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns during the rollout process.
  • Revenue Predictability:
    • Focus on removing activation dependencies through as much advance planning as possible pre-sale and post-sale in order to expedite the time to revenue.
    • Provide revenue predictability through accurate forecasting and regular reporting on customer implementation schedules.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, service delivery, product development, onboarding, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external customers.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance project management and customer rollout efficiency.
    • Document and communicate changes to processes, ensuring alignment across the organisation.
