Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Community Liaison Specialist to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited in Buckinghamshire/North London. As a key member of our Social Housing Planned Works team, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with residents and providing essential support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading main contractor on similar projects, where you will prevent and limit dissatisfaction, resolve complaints and queries quickly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include working on planned maintenance projects, Decent Homes programme experience, full clean driving licence with own vehicle, pre-entry visits and company inductions, collecting tenancy agreement/approval forms, visiting tenants in their homes and advising them on when and what work is being carried out.
