Caregiver Specialist

This role offers flexible night shifts tailored to your lifestyle, with opportunities to work with elderly individuals living with dementia. You will have the chance to build strong relationships with service users having varying needs and abilities.

• Delivering person-centered care to meet the unique needs of each individual
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless support for service users
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with stakeholders

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be over 18 years old
• Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship requirements
• Have 6 months' prior experience in a UK-based healthcare setting
• Be willing to work waking night shifts
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build strong relationships with service users having varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion for working in healthcare
• Be registered with Social Care Wales
