Senior Program Manager EMEA, Last Mile Solutions

This position is available in various EMEA Corp offices, including London, Manchester, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Berlin, and Munich.

The Senior Program Manager EMEA S&LP is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective provision of security services and asset protection through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across EMEA End-End Secure Network.

The Senior Program Manager is a field-based role, requiring engagement with and influence over global-, regional-, and local business senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy programs that motivate associates and staff to comply with policies, standards, and guidelines.
  2. Enhance, track, and report on key performance indicators, allowing for performance improvements and timely achievement of desired outcomes.
  3. Assist with investigations of internal and external theft and fraud, and conduct interviews when necessary.
  4. Develop action steps to support internal customers in resolving identified issues and mitigating risks, including certified contractors who resolve physical security system issues.
  5. Develop business cases that receive required approval, financial, and technical resources, and management support for desired changes.
  6. Organize complex data streams and identify meaningful, actionable trends.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in program or project management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
