Key Responsibilities

The successful Service Excellence Leader will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in achieving daily targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

With a strong background in motor industry management, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) and a solid understanding of quality control and inspection requirements.

A competitive salary of around £50,000 per annum is on offer, plus a comprehensive benefits package including enhanced holidays, life assurance, and critical illness cover.
