Job Title: Strategic Leader for Fire Safety Excellence

Cumbria Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority is seeking an exceptional senior leader to champion the transformation of Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service. As the Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive, you will inspire and empower staff to deliver outstanding service to the public, ensuring public confidence in the Fire and Rescue Service within Cumbria. The role requires strong leadership, integrity, and transparency, fostering a culture based on trust.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £128,750 plus a 10% operational allowance. Candidates selected to progress will attend a familiarization day and interview process on January 13th.
