As an Academic Instructor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging educational content to students with SEMH difficulties. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop curriculum frameworks that cater to students' diverse needs.
Your Responsibilities:
- To design and deliver high-quality educational materials, incorporating relevant technology and resources.
- To assess students' knowledge and understanding, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- To foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of mutual respect.
- To contribute to staff meetings, sharing expertise and ideas to enhance our educational offerings.
