Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience every time they visit us.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support and guidance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services, promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all customers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives, ensuring that our centre remains a welcoming and engaging space for everyone.
Requirements
- Experience of serving customers in a face-to-face environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to promote services and sell products, with a strong understanding of our centre's offerings and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
