SEN Support Worker

Parker Smith Inclusion is seeking a proactive and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join a brilliant complex needs school in Harlow.
The school caters for Early Years - Sixth Form with severe, moderate and complex needs including autism and sensory impairment.
Our school offers a flexible approach to learning as well as teaching skills to allow pupils to grow into resilient, confident adults who are able to achieve their individual best and participate in the wider community.

- Every day is different, therefore the ability to work in different environments with different classes is crucial
- Ability to work with complex needs and handle challenging/frustration behaviour
- Can go above and beyond to change the lives of young people, whilst building and maintaining excellent relationships with pupils and staff
