About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Optimization Specialist to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize our digital shelf across all online platforms, including retailer websites, Amazon, and brand/D2C websites.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive cost-per-click (CPC) and sales growth, utilizing technology and providing recommendations on budget and strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive A+ content across all brands and products, using technologies such as Profitero to track content score.
  • Develop and maintain Salsify/SKUvantage technology workflows to ensure accurate product information and optimize the process.
  • Engage with external digital shelf partners/vendors to troubleshoot issues, add new features, and conduct business reviews.
  • Develop business cases and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and improve the online shopping experience.
  • Create and monitor data reports to analyze trends, highlight opportunities, and address risks to the Kraft Heinz portfolio.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a background in Retail/FMCG, with knowledge across both sales and marketing. You should have demonstrated experience in taking responsibility for online channels and be a self-motivated team member. Strong communication skills and knowledge of the digital space are essential. Analytical skills and forecasting/planning abilities are also required.
