Ecommerce Optimization Specialist

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join The Kraft Heinz Company as an Ecommerce Specialist, where you will be responsible for driving the optimization of our digital shelf across various online platforms. Your primary goal will be to enhance our online presence, improve sales, and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our digital shelf, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement across all online platforms.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive cost-per-click (CPC) and sales growth, leveraging available technology and providing recommendations on budget and strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive A+ content across all brands and products, utilizing tools like Profitero to track content score.
- Develop and maintain Salsify/SKUvantage technology workflows to ensure accurate product information, optimize processes, and implement advancements required by retail partners or new platforms.
- Engage with external digital shelf partners/vendors to troubleshoot issues, add new features, and conduct business reviews.
- Develop business cases and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and improve the online shopping experience in ANZ.
- Create and monitor data reports to analyze trends, highlight opportunities, and address risks to the Kraft Heinz portfolio.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a background in Retail/FMCG, knowledge across sales and marketing, and a strong understanding of the digital space. You should have demonstrated experience in taking responsibility for online channels, being a self-motivated team member, and possessing strong analytical skills and forecasting/planning abilities.
