About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join The Kraft Heinz Company as an Ecommerce Specialist, where you will be responsible for driving the optimization of our digital shelf across all online platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our products are accurately represented and easily discoverable by customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the visibility and accessibility of our products on online marketplaces, retailer websites, and brand/D2C websites.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive cost-per-click (CPC) optimization and provide recommendations on budget and strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across all online platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop business cases to drive decision-making.
  • Engage with external digital shelf partners and vendors to troubleshoot issues, add new features, and conduct business reviews.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a background in retail/FMCG and a strong understanding of the digital space. You should have a proven track record of driving growth across online channels and be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
