About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join The Kraft Heinz Company as an Ecommerce Specialist, where you will be responsible for driving the optimization of our digital shelf across all online platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our products are accurately represented and easily discoverable by customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the visibility and accessibility of our products on online retailers, marketplaces, and our own brand websites.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive cost-per-click (CPC) optimization and provide recommendations on budget and strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product information is accurate and up-to-date across all online platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Engage with external digital shelf partners and vendors to troubleshoot issues, add new features, and conduct business reviews.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a background in retail or FMCG, and a proven track record of driving growth across online channels. You will have excellent analytical skills, forecasting and planning abilities, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
