Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Job Type: Full-time Hybrid
Salary: £24,000 plus monthly bonus
Location: Northamptonshire
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team at Reed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative support to our website customers and training providers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service within our expanding online business.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Head of Administration with daily tasks and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to web enquiries from users and training providers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Process booking administration, send out joining instructions to clients, and maintain accurate records.
- Post certificates, handle re-scheduling and cancellations, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Update details on the website, perform data entry, and other administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Engage in credit control activities and contribute to the team's success by performing additional duties as required.
- Experience in customer service and general administration is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well within a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent customer service and people skills, responding to a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with competence in using IT systems and software.
- 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, with a requirement to save 3-4 days for Christmas shutdown.
