About the Role:

As an HR Manager at H9 Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and leading a small HR team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team.
  • Managing complex employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of our people.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Driving HR initiatives to foster a positive and engaged work environment.
  • Managing a small team of 3.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
