At Donard Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for claimants.

About the Role:
- You will work as a multi-skilled Clinical Specialist, managing caseloads from end to end, including delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports (PBR).
- With greater job variety and autonomy, you will have the opportunity to manage cases to conclusion, assess a wide range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants, and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
- You will also have time built into your working rota for breaks, continuing professional development (CPD), audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence, and team meetings.

Requirements:
- You must be a qualified nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic with 1+ years post-qualification experience.
- Valid registration on the NMC or HCPC without restrictions is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy are required for success in this role.

- Basic salary: £38,500 - £41,500
- 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus
- OTE: £45,650
- Hybrid full-time and part-time working hours available
