Financial Data Coordinator

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Purchase Ledger Administrator at PRM Group Ltd in Lisburn. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger of one company within the PRM Group, ensuring all purchase invoices and statements are accurately recorded and reconciled.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes;
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies;
* Manage weekly and monthly payment runs, posting payments on the system;
* Maintain accurate records of payment history;
**Requirements:**
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a finance department;
* Proficient user of MS Office applications, including Excel and Word;
* Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
