The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to lead multiple projects simultaneously across the full lifecycle at our Cement Manufacturing site in Staffordshire. This role offers exciting opportunities for CAPEX investments through equipment modernisation and decarbonisation initiatives.

As a Transformational Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead work in excess of £1 million and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

You will be responsible for identifying and maintaining supplier relationships for the installation process and working with internal teams to utilise onsite resources effectively.

Who You Are

You will have an Electrical Engineering background and experience in leading projects in a manufacturing environment. Your organisation skills will enable you to manage multiple projects across a heavy industrial environment.

An Engineering degree or keenness to develop qualifications and skills is highly desirable.

Benefits
