About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead for Testing to join our team at bet365. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive the provision of a capable, reactive, and motivated delivery-focused testing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in driving the successful delivery of software by coordinating the team's efforts and actively governing the team's operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product managers, development managers, and development team leaders across a suite of products, including our global website and its supporting back-end services and applications.
  • Mentor team members in pragmatism and risk-based thinking for innovation and facilitate the coaching of team members to assist with their development and appraisal reviews.
Requirements
  • Commercial experience of leading large and diverse teams and projects.
  • Strong background in software testing, with experience of testing large-scale websites.
  • Excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant delivery.
  • Commitment to quality and thorough approach to work.
Benefits

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy. The salary for this position is estimated to be £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
