About the Role: In this role, you will work with students across the whole school, providing behaviour support and helping to manage classroom behaviour. You will also participate in assessing pupils' work and providing constructive feedback, as well as contributing to extra-curricular activities and school events.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide behaviour support to students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Assess pupils' work and provide constructive feedback
  • Participate in and sometimes lead extra-curricular activities and school events
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to improve skills and knowledge


What We Offer: As a Behaviour Support Assistant at our client school, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
