Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our HR Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience across all HR services areas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the HR Business Partnering Team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of successful outcomes for projects, goals, and operational effectiveness.
  2. Collaborate with the Head of HR and OD to develop and implement HR Business Partnering strategies that align with the Corporate Delivery Plan.
  3. Work closely with colleagues across the HR and OD management team to ensure the reputation of HR and OD is developed, and processes, policies, and strategies are embedded and delivered consistently.
  4. Lead the team to ensure a consistent approach to providing advice and support on HR policies and processes, and be responsible for cyclical updates as required.
  5. Embed and enhance the Business Partnering model, working across the HRBP team to share ideas and roll out new working practices, consulting with internal customers, and acting on feedback where necessary.
  6. Be responsible for ensuring the HR Business Partnering team are champions of change and improvement initiatives in their respective fields, driving improved efficiency, value for money, and consistency across the organization.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a business partnering team.
  • Expert understanding of generalist HR practice, sufficient to resolve complex casework.
  • Experience of working within a Children's or Adult Social Care environment would be advantageous.
