We are offering a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic and innovative digital marketing team that is passionate about delivering results-driven campaigns and optimizing customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their digital journeys to build optimized and personalized experiences
- Own the experimentation strategy and execution of tests while supporting cross-functional teams in managing the website roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, SEO, and marketing managers, to drive optimization projects
- Monitor and optimize website performance using data-driven insights
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working in B2B web marketing teams
- Excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS), marketing systems, attribution models and processes, Google Analytics, and other web technology infrastructure
- Great understanding of CRO and proficiency in A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, etc.
- Must possess the ability to delve deep into data, draw meaningful conclusions, and effectively present the outcomes, successes, and learnings from various experiments and tests conducted
