About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, family-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures.
  • Support the education and development of junior staff members and contribute to the growth and advancement of the team.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC Register.
  • Post-registration qualification relevant to the clinical area (desirable).
  • Recent experience of nursing in an acute hospital environment (desirable).
  • Experience of managing/leading a team and coordinating workload (desirable).
