Water Asset Strategist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Asset Manager - Base Maintenance to join our team at Yorkshire Water. As a key member of our Strategy & Regulation team, you will play a crucial role in helping us provide the best service to our customers.
About the Role- You will lead the development and agreement of the PR29 multi-billion pound investment plan for Base maintenance, ensuring a robust strategy to maintain the asset base.
- You will oversee the completion of the company's periodic review investment needs in relation to Management & General and lead on the regulatory business case submissions for base maintenance.
- You will spearhead the development and agreement of a 25-year base maintenance investment requirement, ensuring the assets remain resilient and capable of delivering excellent service to our customers.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also lead on the company asset deterioration modelling capability, informing business decision making in the short, medium, and long term.
