We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Shropshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with transport companies, sorting out delivery issues, processing orders, supporting the sales manager, providing strong customer service and logistics support, and possessing excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills - Microsoft packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating communication between logistics teams and external partners.
• Resolving delivery-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Managing order fulfillment processes from start to finish.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
• Delivering exceptional customer service experiences across various touchpoints.
• Possessing advanced MS Office skills to efficiently manage daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of logistics principles and procedures.
