About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative marketing professional to lead our Marketing and Campaigns team at the Greater London Authority. As the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to promote the work of the Mayor of London and the London Assembly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to engage with Londoners and promote the work of the Mayor and the London Assembly.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to design and deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
