Sales and Business Growth Specialist

A leading construction company based in Bristol is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join their team as a Sales and Business Growth Specialist. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a dynamic organization, contributing to the growth and success of the business.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales with established and new customers in the construction industry, focusing on building relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales with existing and new customers in the construction market sector
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and expand current relationships, and make repeat sales
- Meet and discuss business opportunities with customers throughout England and Wales

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years' sales experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on relationship-building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits and career opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and career within a dynamic organization.
