Sales Executive Director

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £57,600 per annum. Additional benefits include profit sharing after a qualifying period, 7% company pension contribution, and 34 days holiday per year including 26 floating days.
Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, managing a team of sales employees, and collaborating with the Managing Director to drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales management position, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
