About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team in providing vital support services for homeless individuals in Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Depaul colleagues to deliver high-quality services and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, government agencies, and organizations in Romania.
  • Assess referrals and provide personalized support to ensure successful reconnection with clients.
  • Manage a personalization fund to provide essential items and support for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to compile and present monitoring reports for funders.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Fluent Romanian language skills
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, including homeless individuals and those with complex needs.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of immigration and housing issues affecting non-UK nationals.
