Director of Professional Services

The Brixton Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the strategic vision and execution of our Professional Services organization. As Director of Professional Services, you will be responsible for building and scaling a services business that delivers best-in-class consulting, implementation, and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional services, meeting revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Professional Services to establish and manage goals and responsibilities for the services team.
  • Provide hands-on technical preparation and presentation work to help sell the value of our Professional Services organization.
  • Lead and motivate the services team to deliver outstanding results, providing timely feedback and development assistance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging experience leading teams of project managers and consultants.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in professional services or consulting roles, preferably in the enterprise software or technology industry.
  • Working knowledge of maintenance practices highly preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience working with ERP, EAM, and CMMS solutions required.
  • Proven track record of managing revenue targets for PS services.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align professional services initiatives with overall company goals.
  • Top-notch leadership and people management skills, inspiring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
