Job Description

Director of Professional Services

  • Location: Leeds, UK

The Director of Professional Services plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision for service delivery within the PS organization. This involves building and scaling a services business to enable customer and company success in a dynamic, values-led environment.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to deliver best-in-class services, including consulting, implementation, and support, to help customers evolve their EAM strategies.

We are seeking a seasoned leader who has managed and led teams focused on professional services and client-facing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Professional Services team consistently exceeds expectations in completing projects successfully while meeting revenue targets and delivering business outcomes with high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Professional Services to establish and manage goals and responsibilities for the services team.
  • Contribute to hands-on technical preparation and presentation work for key accounts, highlighting the value of the PS organization's offerings.
  • Monitor team member performance and provide timely feedback and development assistance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and tools used, leveraging experience leading teams of project managers and consultants in support of external customers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead services team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in professional services or consulting roles, preferably within the enterprise software or technology industry.
  • Working knowledge of maintenance practices is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience working with ERP, EAM, and CMMS solutions is required.
  • Proven track record of managing revenue targets for PS services.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align professional services initiatives with overall company goals.
  • Top-notch leadership and people management skills, inspiring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
