**About the Role**

SENIOR SPIRIT OF ROSELLE PARK is seeking a passionate and engaging social value lead to support our Northern Construction business. This role is flexible in location, allowing you to be based in the Northeast with hybrid working encouraged. The role will require frequent travel to our Leeds office and occasional planned travel to our Manchester and Newcastle offices.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Reinforce delivery of a customer-first approach to social value planning and delivery across all projects.
  • Ensure achievement of project and company social value targets.
  • Ensure internal and external compliance across all projects.
  • Proactively disseminate social value expertise and provide leadership, guidance, and training to key people.
  • Identify networking opportunities and play an active role in attending and presenting at an industry level to ensure we are seen to be market leaders.
  • Line management and leadership of the Social Value Team.

**Requirements**

  • Able to use Microsoft suite of office programmes including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
  • Good level of education including Maths and English (both written and spoken).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Facilitation/Coaching experience or training.
