We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our client in Poole. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 50/50 PPM and reactive maintenance (70% mechanical, 30% electrical)
  • Minimize downtime and line cut-off
  • Lead the introduction of new products
  • Participate in cost reduction exercises and introduce new processes, techniques, and tooling
  • Provide training and analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment placement to maximize manufacturing efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical assembly experience
  • HNC/Degree in Mechanical engineering
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • 2D/3D Solidworks or Inventor experience is desired
  • Working knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma is desired
