Job Overview: We're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Willcox Matthews Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement new products, including process development and technical documentation.
  2. Research and stay up-to-date on bioprocessing manufacturing technologies and processes.
  3. Collaborate with design engineering to create prototypes and determine testing and validation plans.
  4. Record and analyze data from product development testing and provide summaries to the project team.
  5. Work with validation teams to ensure products meet industry standards.
  6. Troubleshoot technical issues during planning and manufacture of products.
  7. Evaluate equipment and processes to maintain high efficiency and quality standards.
  8. Manage the transfer and procurement of new production equipment.
  9. Lead multidisciplinary teams within projects and manage complex projects.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Engineering and/or qualified by experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
