Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Freelance Bar Manager to oversee the delivery of our events in multiple sites across London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless execution, client satisfaction, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an efficient bar and stock room
  • Supervise bar staff and motivate the team
  • Responsible for safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation, and cash
  • Ensure strict compliance with the venues Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy
  • Place stock orders
  • Interact with customers and ensure high standards of customer service
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Till and counter service
  • Supporting hospitality services and events
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Maintain food safety and health and safety to meet legal and company requirements
  • Hazard and defect reporting
  • Able to lead and train the staff with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
