Deputy Nursing Home Manager

Estimated salary: £47,000-£50,000 per annum.

Respected within the care sector for over 50 years, our client is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead / Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join their established care provider at their Cardiff service. This fantastic opportunity will see you support the Registered Manager in the running of the service and management of staff, overseeing the home manager as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. At least 3 years in a clinical lead / deputy management role
  2. A good understanding of CIW and care standards
  3. Experience in care planning and assessments
  4. Leadership experience
