Mental Health Support Worker for Young People

At Mayesbrook Park School, we believe in fostering strong relationships between our school and external services. As a Children's School Counsellor, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) and other relevant agencies to ensure comprehensive care for our students.

Responsibilities and Requirements
• Work collaboratively with CAMHS and other services to provide holistic support to students.
• Develop and implement effective counselling strategies to address mental health, behavioural, and emotional challenges.
• Engage with students, parents, and staff to promote a culture of well-being and inclusivity.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.
Salary and Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £32,000 per annum, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
