About the Role:

The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's service department. This includes scheduling work, updating engineer diaries, and planning breakdown and servicing jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of work and updating engineer diaries
  • Planning of breakdown and servicing jobs
  • Ensuring all paperwork and logs on CRM systems are up to date
  • Working closely with the Aftersales Team and National Account Manager to ensure first-class customer service
  • Supervising engineer locations and ensuring they attend the correct jobs
  • Following up on quotes and creating purchase orders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service advisor, hire controller, or rental administrator
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
