About the Role

The Cambian Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our dynamic team as a Night Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with their daily needs and helping them develop skills for life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support young people during the night, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Administer prescribed emergency medication as required.
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with staff and young people.
  • Encourage and motivate young people to wake and prepare for their day.
  • Support young people's emotional and physical wellbeing.
  • Produce accurate and prompt written reports/records.
  • Help young people grow in their own sense of confidence and identity.

  • Calm and listening person with a mature, supportive approach.
  • Flexible in working shift patterns on a rota basis.
