Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred support to empower individuals with learning disabilities and Autism to become more independent.
- Work as part of a team to deliver a support plan that promotes the well-being and dignity of the individuals we support.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support, ensuring that the needs of the individuals are met.
- Support individuals to develop life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and managing their finances, at home and in the community.
- Empower individuals to participate in their hobbies and interests in the community, promoting social inclusion and community engagement.
