Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Honda Motor Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reports for senior management, providing timely and accurate insights into sales performance.
  • Support distributors with ad-hoc reports and documents, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Optimise European Stock and Export operations, driving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Process control of European Distributors factory orders and plans, ensuring smooth logistics and supply chain management.
  • Coordinate logistic information between factories and distributors, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Maintain the Distributors Operations Handbook, ensuring up-to-date information and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with stock and export operations, with experience working in a similar role desirable.
  • Ability to work from home for up to 50% of working days, with flexibility to start work between 07:00 and 11:00.
