Deputy Manager Opportunity at Highfield Community Pre-School

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Highfield Community Pre-School. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in motivating and inspiring our staff team to provide the best possible education and care for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality early years education and care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ofsted guidelines
  • Collaborate with staff and families to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare/early years and have at least 2 years managerial experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to follow guidelines from Ofsted and maintain high standards
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
