Job Role: Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children in the early years with their learning and development
  • Work effectively in a team environment to promote the vision and values of the organization
  • Establish constructive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline or relevant experience
  • Experience of working with children and young people, and experience of working in the education system and in multi-agency settings
