Salary: Up to £46,000 + bonuses
Job Summary:Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead a new 3-bedded children's home in Keighley, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the home, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the staff team to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people
- Recruit, develop, and supervise staff to ensure the home meets its statement of purpose
- Monitor and manage safeguarding concerns, working closely with the Regional Inspectorate (RI)
- Ensure the home is compliant with OFSTED regulations and meets the required standards
- Work collaboratively with the organisation's specialist support services across the north west
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Management experience, ideally in a children's home setting, or deputies looking to take the next step up
