Palliative Care Leadership

We are looking for an experienced Palliative Care Leader to join our team at NHS Scotland's Blantyre Health Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality patient care and supporting the development of our staff.
In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our services. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new policies and procedures, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with a valid NMC registration and postgraduate expertise in a relevant area of practice. You should also have comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards within the speciality, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.
Based on your experience and qualifications, we estimate that this role will pay around £55,000 per annum, depending on your level of expertise and qualifications.
