Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Clinical Support Worker to join our Care at Home Team in North Edinburgh and East Lothian. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical, social, and emotional support to palliative patients and their families within their own homes.
  • Work collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving license and use of a car is required for this role.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £27,933 per annum, rising to £28,998 per annum subject to satisfactory performance review. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including unsocial hours shift allowance, mileage allowance, pension, and benefits.
