Counsellor on Placement

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Counsellor to provide emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people in our partner schools. As a Counsellor on Placement, you will work in a therapeutic capacity with up to 3 children, offering one-to-one counselling sessions.
About You
You will be a fully qualified Counsellor, Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist, or studying towards one of these professions. You will have a strong understanding of child development and the ability to work with children aged 4-18.
What We Offer
We provide a comprehensive induction programme, regular supervision, and tailored training workshops. You will have the opportunity to attend up to six optional workshops throughout the year, which are recognised as continuing professional development time.
