About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Counsellor to provide emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people in our partner schools. As a Counsellor on Placement, you will work in a therapeutic capacity with up to 3 children, offering one-to-one counselling sessions.

About You

We are looking for a fully qualified Counsellor, Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist, or someone studying towards one of these professions. You will have a Diploma in Counselling (Level 4 or above) or a Degree, MSc, or MA in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, or Psychotherapy. Relevant experience of direct work with children is also essential.

Training Availability

Please note that you will need to attend two mandatory trainings if you are offered a placement. These include a Safeguarding Induction and a Placement Introductory Workshop.
