Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Rugby.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for supporting students and experience within education.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the teacher within the classroom, ensuring the learning objectives are met.
- Assist with general classroom tasks and help to create a positive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
Requirements
- Experience of working in Key Stage 1/ KS1 or Key Stage 2/ KS2.
- SEND experience/knowledge is desirable.
- Enthusiastic and engaging, making learning fun and valuable for the children.
- Resilient and adaptable with their approach to ensure that children are supported appropriately and professionally.
