L3 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide valuable support in our primary school. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities that promote positive learning outcomes for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities:- Support class teachers in KS1 classrooms, helping to plan and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
- Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a mainstream setting, promoting inclusivity and diversity.
- Assist with classroom management, creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters academic progress and confidence.
- Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to teacher assessments and reports.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Experience working with KS1 students in a primary school setting.
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting children's learning and development.
- A willingness to support SEN pupils in a mainstream environment.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one).
